THE BIG HORNS
When the world stood still after the Covid-19 Pandemic hit in 2020, we took this pause as a time to re-invent what we were doing as a band program within a public school.
Out came our newest and best group to hit Houston! Introducing the Waltrip Big Horns! The Big Horns are a cover style horn band, performing popular music from several decades including today's top hits appealing to audiences of all ages. Comprised from students with various backgrounds, we take pride in celebrating musical diversity by performing Tejano Music and other Spanish music from Selena to current hits from Thalia.
The Big Horns are led by three vocalists, and backed up by horns and a complete rhythm section. Check us out!
